Door Visuals and Reminders
This document can be used to post by the door or at the student's desk. The visuals are designed to help you communicate about the basic daily routine and expectations. You can point at pictures to help students understand what to gather for arrival, dismissal, etc. Download it and feel free to modify it for your own purposes!

Basic Communication CardsThe Albemarle County EL office has created wonderful cards with basic phrases and pictures in English and student native languages. They also provide a phonetic spelling of the word in the child's language so that you can quickly learn how to say words from your student's native language.
